Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

Are you okay with pets in the home?

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the service?

What if I cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice?
Because we reserve a specific time slot just for your home, cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We kindly ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible so we can adjust our team's schedule.
